What Causes Boils On The Body?

Hello doc I am having a bit of a skin problem. I have a really bad case of Acne or possibly boils onthe trouble areas if my body. It s the worst on my belly, inner thighs, waistline, and under my arms around the pit areas. The common answers on the net seem to relate it to either being over weight or having a skin disease. What do you think?

Hello,

It looks like skin disease not due to over weight. It is Furunculosis. You take good antiseptic cream like framycetin. Take an antibiotics like amoxicillin + clavulanic acid and anti-inflammatory like diclofenac sodium for early cure. You can discuss this with your treating Doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
