What Causes Body Chills And Sweating While Suffering From Autoimmune Encephalopathy?

I know that I have an autoimmune encephalopathy (basal ganglia encephalopathy) but I continuously alternated between chilling and breaking a sweat. Most annoying! I don t have symptoms currently of any infection. It s been going on for several months. thanks!
