What Causes Body Aches While On Macrodantin?
My wife started macrodantin for a bladder infection. COINCIDENTLY, after the first dose she began having severe HAs and body aches. Is this a known side effect. I feel like she should stop the med because these systemic symptoms would not be helped by macrodantin...but as an ADR it would help to stop the med. Advice??

yes, headache can occur in almost 10% cases after taking Macrodantin.
if it is persistent then stop the drug and ask your doctor for the other alternative for treating bladder infection.
