What Causes Body Ache, Sinusitis And Sore Throat?

Hi, I ve been feeling really sick for about 5 days now. It started with extreme body aches & pains, like a flu or bad cd. Then it was followed by lots of sinus congestion, and a severe sore throat, so bad that I could barely swallow. The sore throat has eased off a bit now on the 5th day, but my eyes have started oozing an itchy puss, with lots of tears. Now I have a cough that seems to come from my lungs, and it burns and hurts my throat as I involuntarily cough. What does this seem like? My throat glands are not swollen, but I do have a starnge red rash only on my forehead. Please advise. Thanks!

I think you are an ideal candidate for Augmentin 625 mg or 375 mg depending on your weight one tab three times a at plus Tab Loratadine 10 mg twice a day plus tab Paracetamol 500 mg 4-5 times a day for 5 days total. Do warm saline gargles with if possible one tab of Disprin[soluble Aspirin] dissolved in a glass of warm saline water.

You upper respiratory infection has been most probably caused by a Streptococcus. You have waited enough -5 days to delay antibiotics now and also you are developing rash. The above medication will help, Godspeed!
