What Causes Body Ache And Weakness After Cured From Cold?

Hi a couple of weeks ago I had a cold which has since gone. But the last 3 days I ve been very fatigued my whole body is aching and very painful and weak and I also have plantar fasicitis. What could be wrong with me my email address is YYYY@YYYY

You likely suffered from a viral respiratory tract infection. Bodyaches and weakness are quite characteristic symptoms of a viral infection.

The symptoms of viral infection last for about 8-9 days. Since your cold has gone and only bodyaches remain, only symptomatic treatment is enough for timebeing. You may take painkillers such as Paracetamol or Diclofenac to get relief. I am sure you will be back to normal soon.

Another possibility for your weakness and bodyaches may be Anemia i.e low hemoglobin level. Get your hemgolobin levels tested and if they are less, you will have to start with iron tablets to increase your hemoglobin level.
