What Causes Body Ache And Neck Ache?

I am currently facing a lot of issues right now, financial, love, career, family and religion. Most of the time I feel pain at the back of my neck, and my whole body feels hot specially when I see a name or photo of a person, I think a lot and cant sleep at night, I often wake up in the middle of the night and feel pathetic, I stopped meeting friends and decided to just stay in my room unless really needed, I also experienced fainting, one time my whole body is shaking since I cant contain my feelings, and my chest feels in too much pain and I feel like choking, I don t know whether I need to go under medication or not. i feel so pathetic, i feel like unworthy, and useless all the time

The history you are giving is similar to the somatic syndrome which is a psychiatric condition, that syndrome occurs due to tension or pressure you have in your life.

If you get anything tested, all will come normally because this is your body responsible for the tension or stress you have in your life. Kindly, analyze the problem and know that you are only responsible for all your symptoms.

The only thing you can do to solve it is by changing yourself, you and your attitude towards things you come across. Just don't take too much tension of think too much for anything which bothers you.
