helo doctor, i have been feeling tired from yesterday . i ate ice creame the day before. symptoms - tired , body ache , constipation please help me. my tiredness seems to be lost after a long sleep but it comes back in the evening. im from india name - atchayan
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history and understood your concerns. You have taken Ice-cream a day before you are feeling tired, there is also body ache and constipation. This indicates some reasons which need an observation about other symptoms, This can be due to stress or anxiety hence you are getting the problem in the evening in spite you are alright after a good sleep. Try good rehydration, take energy drink. Take a laxative to clear bowel and see the results., If you develop any further symptoms consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation and proper management.
