General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problem you are facing with body aches could be as a result of generalized weakness due to iron deficiency along with calcium and Vitamin D deficiency, all these leading to generalized myalgia. Due to this, it is causing difficulty in getting sleep.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Take iron supplementation in the form of syrup or tablets along with consuming diet rich in iron.
2. Take medications containing Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium and Vitamin D in the form of syrup or tablets. Along with this, consume diet rich in Calcium and Vitamin D.
Gradually, you should be able to recover from body aches and also get proper sleep.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
