What Causes Body Ache After Receiving A Benzathine Penicillin Shot?
Hi dear sir I have RA (rheumatoid arthritis) since 6 or maybe 7 years, I inject benzhatine pencillin g vial once a month and since these years i eat asprine coated 500 mg but when I don t eat asprine I feel pain in different parts of my body. If you could give me an advice according to my disease I would feel blessing. Thanks sincerely

Transient body ache can be normal physiologic variant after penicillin shot in many cases. If persistent over period of time, has to be evaluated thoroughly.
The pain in absence of aspirin intake suggests body dependency upon the anti inflammatory action of the same.
