What Causes Blurry Vision And Swelling In The Ear After Head Injury?

I fell and hit my head Saturday. No obvious injury and I did not lose consciousness. Today my ear is really red and swollen and vision is blurry on the same side. Face and neck feel hot to the touch. I just took my blood pressure which normally runs 100/60 and pulse 90. But I just took it and it was 137/87 pulse 7 . I'm really worried.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern but i would like to tell you that blunt trauma injury can lead to internal bleeding and swelling in brain and surrounding region and it can compress the nerves resulting in complains you are having now.
i would advice you to visit emergency room in a hospital do a scan of Head(CT scan) and get admitted till symptoms resolve.

Take care.
