What Causes Blurred Vision During A Miscarriage?

Hiya I was 12 weeks pregnant this week, and yesterday I started bleeding so I went to my early pregnancy unit. They did a scan that confirmed a miscarriage is on its way, baby is on its way out with the bleeding.
As the miscarriage is happening in its natural form I've been sent home to rest while it's complete, my question is since I came home my visions gone blurry. What causes this and should I need to be worried?

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

As a physician I would like to tell you that it is certainly a symptom to worry about. This could be due to the blood loss and you need to report it to your attending Obgy doctor as soon as possible. Meanwhil take healthy diet, drink lit if water and take rest .
