What Causes Blurred Vision And Dizziness With Left Sided Facial Swelling?
I m having vision problems both eyes suddenly get blurred vision ,vertical dizziness,swelling on left side of face n left hand n left foot.pain in left upper arm started ten minutes ago.swelling I ve had for a few days n vertical n blurred vision n dizziness for several months.

As per symptoms mentioned by you its look like Hemiparesis. Do Urgent CT-brain to rule out any cerebro-vascular Accident. I suggest you to consult Physician to get all these done.
