What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Dizziness?

early this morning I was fin the grocery store and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to pass out, my vision became really blurred. I sat down and focused on breathing until I felt I could drive home. I was really shaky and kept feeling lightheaded. I only had a cup of coffee so I grabbed a protein shake on the way out of the store. It is 7 hrs later and I still feel strange, my hands are still shaky

Would you please clarify a few things for me?
- how old are you?
-what is your height and weight?
-any previous medical issues? Are you on any medications?
-any recent trauma/accidents/injury to the head or neck?
-any surgeries in the past?
-is this the first time you've experienced this?
-any other symptoms? Like sweating, chest discomfort or breathing difficulty?
-any family history of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension?

I recommend :
- a physician consult
-an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram
-blood tests (complete blood count, TSH, blood glucose panel, lipid profile, liver and kidney function tests)
-urine analysis.
A CT scan of the brain, if indicated

Based on the above test results, clinical findings and answer to the above queries, I can help you further.
Please seek medical attention right away to rule out a mini stroke, heart disease.
