What Causes Blue Hard Lump Under The Skin In Forearm?

I have a small blue hard lump under the skin on the underside of my forearm about 4 inches below my elbow. I was wondering if I could have damaged the vein as this is close to the area of my arm that I would rest is on the edge of the counter while working. In the beginning it was just a bump with no color, but now it is blueish. Do you know what it could be. It does not go away. I have had it for about a year now.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have soft tissue tumour with hemorrhage or vascular tumour like hemangioma. You should go for examination and if needed go for fine needle aspiration cytology or excision biopsy. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
