What Causes Blood While Urinating?
this has happened periodically thru-out my life starting at about 17, it began again about a week ago again , i'm 40, when i urinate, it becomes painfull and i bleed (the tip of the penis) the blood is at the start of my urination, so it's at the beginning of my urination, it's not an internal problem but in the tip of the penis. Why does this happen? it bleeds for 2-3 days then stops, then i'm okay, but it does this maybe 2-3 times a year, Why?
I'm a heterosexual male, even if i have a long lovemaking session (60-90 minutes) with a women it seems like the tip can't take the punishment, i have started bleeding during sex, usually if i'm making love doggie-style, it's extremely vulnerable. I'm serious this is not a joke. Have you heard of anything like this?

The common causes of blood while urinating are:
1) Urinary Tract infections
2) Bladder stone
3) Kidney or bladder infection
4) Trauma or injury
5) After genitourinary surgery
For that, do urine routine and culture test, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. Treatment depends upon underlying conditions.
Till now, you can take tablet Oflox Oz, syrup Cital, tablet Urikind, and tablet Dolo 650 after consultation. Drink lot of fluids and keep yourself hydrated.
I will suggest you to follow up with detailed history or consult with urologist for detailed examination.
