What Causes Blood Vessel Twitching On Left Hand?

Curious about the blood vessels on the back of my left hand twitching/pulsating. (It did is in my elbow at the same time today for the first time) This is new in the last several days. I'm 50, 184 lbs. 5'6" on welbutron and colestrol meds these are not new meds I have been on them for about a year. They tickle and it is just interesting that they are just started.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It is not blood vessel twitching, it is a muscular twitch.
2. The muscle below the blood vessel maybe twitching, which is being interpreted as blood vessel twitching.
3. Present medications are not known to affect much twitching, however potassium rich diet will be helpful. Take sweet potato, nuts, fish, avocado etc. It will reduce muscular twitching.
