What Causes Blood Traces In Urine?

I have recently had my 3rd hip replacement, last one (11-13-14) due to a Stryker recall, but I am continuing to have testicular pain. I have been to the Urologist who finds nothing, who then sends me back to my surgeon. My first hip replacement was a Smith & Nephew (BHR) (4-09) that had to be fixed, only to have a faulty Stryker put in (9-11). I have had urine tests at my PCP, who sometimes advises small traces of blood in my urine. ???? All of a sudden? Could cobalt or chromium increased levels in my blood be causing this? Not enough studies? Please help as to why my testicle is hurting all the time. Its a dull short burst of pain. I need answers!! I am only 44 years old.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the urine contained traceable amount of blood then it could be normal one and not indicative of any disease and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
