What Causes Blood Stools During Spastic Stomach?

I just had an endoscopy today to find out if I had stomach ulsers. I was given the test because I had blood in my stool. However I have no stomach ulsers but I have a spastic stomach. I am only 25 years old, what could be causing the blood in my stool.I am 5'4 130lbs

Dear blood in stool means is it fresh or dark colour?? Have you had any hemorrhoids or fissures??Have you had any pain in lower abdomen??

1.Bacillary dysentery,or amoebic dysentery.
2.inflammatory bowel disease.
3.angio dyplasia.
4.polyps.
5.occult blood
6.diverticulitis etc..

you may need colonoscopy also.please consult your Gastroentrologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
