General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

These spots can be due to platelets dysfunction and may need to be evaluated by tests like clotting profile, bleeding time and platelets counts. If no life threatening bleeding or mucosal bleedig like from mouth or with urine or stool or nasal bleeding is present, discontinuation of aspirin isn't advisable to avoid serious complications. If skipping is unavoidable, stopping dose for three days may be considered after discussing with his primary care physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
