General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems like dehydration. However, we should rule out possible allergy reaction to anything you have been consumed or taking recently. Please send a photo of the blood spots all over your right forearm. For the moment, I can only suggest to monitor your blood sugar levels, record the results for reference. And of course, to consult with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

All the best.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
