Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam,
You are on a very good regimen of medicines. Unfortunately you have not mentioned the blood sugar readings and the variations between the right and the left. presuming that you are talking about the blood glucose values taken in the right and left finger tips using a glucometer, I am to conclude that there is a minor degree of minute to minute variation of blood sugars. If the patient has been experiencing a drastic difference in the values between the right and the left hands, alternating episodes of hyper and hypoglycemia, it may be due to a condition called Brittle diabetes which is fortunately rare.Hope i answered your query. Would be glad to review based on a detailed question.
