What Causes Blood In Urine?

My boyfriend is incarcerated and we hadn t had any sexual contact in 3 months. He tells me today that while he was thinking about me his penis got hard and he kept pushing it down he said he went to the bathroom and noticed blood in what he would call precum . He also said he saw a little blood in his urine too. What could this be?

He has blood in urine or semen.

First of all we should differentiate whether he has blood in urine or semen.

Blood in urine may be due to urinary tract infection, kidney stones or rarely tumour in kidney or bladder.

Blood in semen may be due to trauma, tuberculosis or other infection in genital tract.

He should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as semen analysis and ultrasound abdomen.

It will give you exact diagnosis.

Then he should take treatment accordingly.
