General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Ma'am, Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
In view of the negative urine culture and sensitivity tests, the blood in urine could be due to stone, inflammation of of the kidneys, or certain underlying cancer of the urinary tract.
I advise you to kindly consult a urologist for further evaluation like CBC, Renal function tests, abdominal ultrasound or CT scan to rule out those conditions suspected above.
Hope this will help.
Best wishes.
