General & Family Physician 's  Response
Blood in urine is hematuria. Vigorous sexual activity can cause blood in the urine. Usually it subsides within hours if no serious internal injury has occurred. However, I will still investigate for safety purpose
Advice
1.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of uncontaminated water
2.     Avoid vigorous sex. It sometimes causes injury to urethra
3.     Use condom during sex
4.     Investigations
a.     R/E of urine
b.     C/S of urine
c.     X – ray KUB
d.     USG abdomen & pelvis
Thanks
