Hi I am a amateur triathlete and I recently have a bit of blood in my urine. I workout for a half hour and run for an hour each day on the weekends. It goes away the next day, I think I may be dehydrated. I talked to my physician and we re keeping an eye on it. What do you think is happening, and is this cause for concern. Thankyou
