General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Having painless hematurea ( passing blood in urine ) at this age requires evaluation.
Ultra sound of abdomen, routine urine check up will give clear idea about your problem.
Consult Urologist and get examined.
After proper diagnosis line of treatment can be decided.
Ok and take care.
