What Causes Blood In Urine?

I have a small amount of blood when I wipe myself after urinating and also pain at the end of urination. I am female. 57 yrs old. ta. I realised I need to see my doc and might need antibiotics. The question is, is that small amount of pink stain on the loo paper anything to worry about. I thought it might mean I have a bad infection? problem going on now since sat am and it is now tuesday am. Is it ok to wait until wed to see my regular GP? ta very much

Urinary track infection probably cystitis as well needs to get urine routine done before treatement and culture as well
