General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and thanks you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein and I will try to help you as much as I can with my answer.

The cause is tumor and ulcerations in bladder due to chemo and radiotherapy. If this is not significant then you don't need to be worried and it will subside with time. However,if there is large amount of blood, you should see urologist.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
