male age 69,,5"10 height.65 kg weight. five years back had heart bye pass n a valve transplantation..........,also has diabetese.has history of kidney stone.hyper tension.few days before he has bleeding in urine n urine retention for two days

Well come to HCM
If the history of kidney stone is there the bleeding could be due to the this only and this need to be ruled out and in my opinion ultrasonography would be advisable and urine analysis, these would clear the doubt, if the bleeding is profuse then this need to be treated on emergency basis, hope this information helps.
