What Causes Blood In Urine, Frequent Urination And Burning Pain In Hands?

I have bleeding when I urinate, pain in my lower stomach, frequent urinating AND burning pain in my hands while urinating. No Dr can understand the pain when I feel like a urinary tract infection. My culture after the first day came back normal. I was to stop the antibiotic and eat alkaline. Can you tell me what is going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to urinary tract infection.

For further assessment you may require urine routine and culture sensitivity, complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after consultation.

You may require antibiotics as per culture report. You can take syp cital. Keep your self hydrated

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
