Urologist 's  Response
Blood in urine with long serpentine clot is not a good sign. With ur age the first diagnosis that comes to mind is malignancy, probably of upper tract (kidney, ureter). You will need Urine routine and culture, urine Cytology for malignant cells, ultrasound or CECT KUB. The lesser probability van be Kidney cystic diseases or PUJ obstruction or stone disease. Kindly review with reports.
