What Causes Blood In Urine, Belly Button Pain, Abdominal Cramping When Having Crohn's?

I have crohns and usually have pain near my belly button. But, recently my doctor discovered blood in my urine and i've been having pain (cramping) in my left bottom abdomen. It feels bubbly and gives me the urgency to use the bathroom but when I go to the bathroom I don't need to.

Hello and thanks you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein and I will try to help you as much as I can with my answer.
I am not sure if this is related but it requires further investigation. It can always be uroinfection or kidney stones but since you have Crohn,it may be intraabdominal fistulas that formed or entero vesical fistulas. So you need to do colonoscopy and MRI scan.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
