General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Blood in urine and pain abdomen are symptoms indicative of ureteric colic caused due to impaction of kidney stones in the ureter called as 'ureteric calculi'.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan done and consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
In the meantime, you can take analgesic medication containing Mefinemic acid and Dicyclomine as ingredients to get temporary relief from pain.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S.,
