What Causes Blood In The Urine With Lower Back Pain?
I am having very bad lower back pain and here recently I have noticed blood in my urine. Also its like I just pee on myself a little with nothing to cause it. My urine before all of these symptoms was a darker color and sometimes cloudy and smelled really bad. I have no energy at all and I could sleep all the time. What do you think is going on? Also I have been having severe pain in both my right and left side and I feel bloated all the time...
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* The blood in urine with lower back pain indicate urinary tract infection with or without calculus in the urinary system.
* Apart from drinking more liquids, basic evaluation with urine microscopy and ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis will be confirmatory to manage it at its best level.

It sounds like kidney stones that in turn can be caused by or lead to urinary tract infections. Do a urinalysis, this can help distinguish between the two.
