Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Blood in stools is a very common symptom. Up to 15% of adults have seen blood on their toilet paper. As a general rule, bright red blood as in your case means that the bleeding has come from the area around the anus. If the blood is darker, it usually means that its origin of bleeding is higher up the digestive tract.
Bleeding can be due to following reasons
1. Hemorrhoids( piles) is most common reason. They are swollen blood vessels in the rectum or anus. Haemorrhoids are normally painless. They can be easily diagnosed by rectal examination.
2.Anal fissures are tear in intestine sometimes caused due to hard stool passage
3.Infection of intestines can also cause blood in stools
4.Rarely it might be colon cancer

Refer to your Gastroenterologist. A colonoscopy is done sometimes & is indentended for rule-out of colon cancer possibility.

Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
