I m 7months pregnant. Before preganancy I was suffering with constipation. i have a massa also. But during pregnancy I m taking cremaffin(2tbsp) at night & having lots of water. So there is no problem in passing stool.I have very little pain in my stomach. My dr. did checkup & confirm that pain is not related with pregnancy. Hello,

Blood in the stool may be due to haemorrhoids or fissure or polyps or vascular ectasia.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Eat high fibre diet, take Metamucil or Benefiber.

If symptoms not improved please get it done local examination then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
