What Causes Blood In Stool?
Hi,My kid is 4 years old and never had any motion problem till now.Recently he started getting blood in the motion and we consulted the doctor.She adviced to go for a motion test.
The result of the test was :Mucus present,pus cells 2-3/hpf and motile bacteria present.could u advice me is there any serious problem.

Cause of blood in stool could be
1) dysentery.. Due to bacterial infection. It requires oral antibiotic. It normally responds within 48 hours
2) due hard stool sometimes then get injury on the rectal mucosa.Treatment required is stool softener
