Skipping breakfast should not have anything to do with blood in stools. if you notice it on tissue paper or outside of stool most likely is related to swollen hemorrhoids. everyone has hemorrhoids, they become trouble when swollen. increase water and fiber intake. don't become constipated , don't sit on toilet for more than 3-5 minutes. if you notice this persists or becomes large volume of blood, seek medical attention.
