Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to the internal haemorrhoid. A physical examination at a proctologist is necessary to confirm the diagnosis.

I recommend using fibre supplements to avoid constipation. I also recommend to drink liquids and avoid constipation which triggers the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
