What Causes Blood In Stool?

Hello, My cycle ended on 7/5/16. Well today when I went to the bathroom, I noticed a light red blood on the toilet paper and it has been happening all day. When I recently went to the bathroom there was some already in the toilet as well as on the toilet paper. I had polyps removed about 5 years ago, is there a chance that the polyps have come back?

There may be chances for polyp appear again. But you don't worry it not necessary that bleeding is due to polyp. It may be due to menses. If you are old aged and you have menopause period then there bleeding may be due to polyp.
