Hi thete. I passed a very very large amount of fresh red blood yesterday but no stool. It followed a pain like trapped wind so thought I needed the toilet. But after half an hour all I had was a toilet full of blood. Went to a and e. Pulse was normal, blood pressure was lowa d tthey found no tears with a manual internal. What could this be. I drink a lot of energy drinks and im now scared to go to the toilet.
