What Causes Blood In Stool?

Hi Doctor, I m Jay, 28 years old. I have a question. I noticed blood in my toilet paper today. This is the second time after 5 months that I noticed blood. What could be the reason for this? Is this because of excess body heat? or any other reason for this? I need your suggestion. Thanks Jay
