Hello,

Have you suffering from Constipation, hemorrhoids or fistula?

Probably spicy tea or food may cause irritation of mucosa or hard stools lead to blood in stool. Hemorrhoids or fistula or fissure may also cause blood in stool.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid caffeinated drinks. Use soft diet and avoid gluten diet. If hard stools use lactulose syrup, if symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
