hello thank you for trusting HCM dear above drug side-effects are diarrhea,drowsiness,dry mouth,fatigue,increased sweating,nausea,sexual difficulties,shakiness sleepiness,stuffy or runny nose.very rarely it may cause signs of clotting problems (e.g., unusual nosebleeds, bruising, blood in urine, coughing blood, bleeding gums, cuts that don’t stop bleeding). just check bleeding may be due to hemorrhoids or fissure in ano. please consult your doctor he will examine and guide you accordingly.
