What Causes Blood In Stool While On Co-citalopram?

I have been taking co-citalopram for 7 days. I noticed blood in the toilet when I was having bowel movements ( once a day) but I thought I was (menstruating) until tonight when I realized it was bright red blood on my stools. This means I have had blood in my stools for three days now.Too late to call my doctor. What should I do?
