General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

NO there is no associated with blood in stool since they are two different organs with no internal connection.

Though bright red blood can sometimes be due to bleeding, it should be assessed to rule out any other causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
