Hello
I really appreciate your concern.
At the outset I would like to know about your age and general medical history like if you are taking any medicines, do you take liquor or smoke?

Blood in stool is a matter of concern and it need to be evaluated in detail to establish a diagnosis and accordingly its treatment.

Bloating and gas might be related to Aerophagia (swallowing of air during eating or drinking), smoking, use of carbonated or caffeinated beverages, ill fitted dentures, indigestion or acid peptic disease.

In my opinion you should take antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids for 3 to 5 days
you should take plenty of fluids including ORS and fruit juices to maintain good hydration and counter electrolyte imbalance, ( if you are non diabetic or not hypertensive).
You should avoid fatty fried and junk food as well as smoking and alcohol consumption.
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

I would advise you to consult a gastroenterologist as per your convenience for an endoscopy or colonoscopy and ultrasound if need be.

Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
