What Causes Blood In Stool And Persistent Pain In Left Side Of Groin?

I used the bathroom earlier today then I noticed the water in the toliet was pinkish. I had no bowel movement at that time . when I got home I had a bowel movement and notice blood in the toilet. I have a constant pain in my left side by my groing even when I sleep. What can this be?

I recommend a colonoscopy for you to find out what exactly is wrong with your lower gi tract..the pain you are experiencing is because of colitis due to bacterial infection.
