Hi,I am 32 years female. I started having red blood in my stool . I don t have any other symptoms except feel a bit of weakness. And I have too much hair loss. Not sure if they are related. What should I do... What may be the cause...am just worried. Thanks in advance. Thanks,Shanthi
Hello Shanthi I share your concern Looking at your description painless bleeding in stool might be related to hemorrhoids (internal) or rectal polyp Another possibility is the colon or liver disease, or a bleeding disorder Here I would like to know since how long you have this problem?
Weakness coudk be related to low hemoglobin level or less blood. In my opinion you may require iron infusion or blood transfusions under supervision.
You should take lots of green leafy vegetables, meat and related products, dates and dry fruits Avoid constipation by taking laxatives or stool softeners You can take dietary fiber supplements. Please feel free to ask for more queries, I will gladly answer you Best wishes
