What Causes Blood In Stool And Brown Particles In Semen?
I found trace amounts of blood in my stool and at the same time trace amounts of a brownish something in my semen upon ejaculation. ??? Also, the right side of my plvlic area became a little tender and something close to itchy . I applied hydrocortisone to the area and the irritation has mostly subsided.

As per your history you did not mention how many days you are facing this problem so first check any fistula and abcess is present or not do an ultrasound exam and take pancef 200 two times a day upto 7 days .If tract present a minor SurgicalTreatment needed which will take just 15 mins .
