What Causes Blood In Nasal Discharge During Cold?
I have been sick the last few days nose constantly running went to the doctors and got a zpack but i just blew my nose a little bit ago and a mucus ball came out my nose with a little bit of blood? im guessing that's what it is...i dont know i never seen that before?

With you query, as you mentioned you have a runny nose you might be sneezing to clean your nose so while blowing your nose with force there are chances of nasal mucosa getting ruptured so only blood from your nose.Nothing to worry about it if problem persists for longer duration consult your ENT.Hope this is helpful
